Join us for a 1½–2 hour walk in the Bosque and dig into the history and life cycle of our grand old Cottonwoods.  Meet at the Calabacillas Open Space parking lot.

Directions: On Coors directly north of Paseo del Norte is the traffic light for Irving Street, continue north past the light, the next street on the right is Westwood (at the corner is the TI Brewery) turn here and continue along Westwood and then go east along the dirt levee road to the parking lot.

Bring water, proper clothing and shoes (we will be hiking a sandy trail), snacks and camera.
